두통

목에 이물감 정도의 불편감? (뚜렷하지도 않고 감기와 혼동을 야기하는 증상)

사타구니에 임파선이 부었다?

바지를 벗고 관찰함, 일반적인 림프절위치보다는 음낭 바로 아래 약 5 cm 정도의 팽팽한 느낌의 결절/부종...

주변으로 피부의 발적 - 봉와직염 소견

뚜렷한 피부의 상처는 관찰되지 않으나...

초음파로 확인함; 내부 혈류는없으며 림프절이 아님, 피하농양 소견

경구 항생제만으로 해결되지 않을 봉와직염 이상의 농양으로, 구정/연휴 직전이므로 그전에 치료, 배농 (I&D, incision and drainage) 할수 있도록 당일 곧장 정형외과/외과 외래 방문하도록 의뢰함

류마티스 질환으로 휴미라 주사를 하고 있는 것이 감염의 위험인자로서 생각된다.
