혈액검사에서 free T4 0.9, TSH 64.8
공복혈당 135, 다음날 내시경/초음파 평가시 공복 혈당 139
; 저하증에 해당할 수 있는 증상 확인 - 3개월간 8 kg 증량, 최근 변비가 생겼다. 머리가 많이 빠진다.
갑상선 초음파
실질의 음영이 감소되어 있으며 전체적으로 위축을 보이고 있다. 과거에 갑상선 고주파 시술을 할만한 병변이 있었을지??
일차 당뇨 약제 처방하였으며, 씬지로이드 증량함
SMBG, 가정 혈당 측정에 대해 교육함
목소리 변화 호소, 약제 순응도 떨어졌던 위축성 갑상선염
